Allow me to be the first to welcome you to www.codydemoss.net. Yes that is right, I have my very own Web site. I feel this will be a great way to stay connected on a more personal basis with my fans and sponsors and hopefully attract more fans to the sport of rodeo.

For those who don't know me, let me give you a brief run down on who I am. I was born in Crowville, La., and currently reside in Heflin which is located 40 miles east of Shreveport, La. I got involved in the sport through my dad, Mike, who was a two-time National High School bareback riding champion. I started competing when I was just five years old. Early on I roped calves and competed in team roping until I was a junior in high school and then I switched to saddle bronc riding. My main event is saddle bronc riding but I have also tested the waters in the team roping in the PRCA. I married my beautiful wife Margie in 2004 and in 2006 we had our first child, a beautiful girl named Darbi. I have qualified for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo the last five years but I am still chasing my first gold buckle, which is awarded to the world champion.
